New Clients

Please allow a little extra time at your first appointment at Salon 22. I like to spend a few extra minutes to get to know you better and discuss your hair goals. We will also go over your hair history and inspo photos are ALWAYS welcome!

Please keep in mind that inspo photos will be used as a reference. Your natural texture, natural level and integrity of hair will determine the final result.

Also, I ask all new clients to keep in mind that in some cases, depending on your starting point you can expect several sessions before we reach our end goal.

Corrections

I take pride in, stand by and guarantee my work at Salon 22. If you are unsatisfied, I would like to consult and communicate with clients and come up with a solution together. Client corrections will be honored if Salon 22 is contacted within 7 days of the original service. After a solution is agreed upon fees will be discussed based on solution and service originally received.
