Late Arrivals

I value your time and will make every effort to start your service on time.  I understand sometimes being late is unavoidable, however, due to scheduling commitments to other clients I may need to reschedule any appointment for which you are more than 15 minutes late.  I will do my best to accommodate your service, however, it may be necessary to reschedule for another date.

Cancellations

Salon 22 requires a 48-hour notification on all cancelled or rescheduled appointments.  Appointments may be cancelled online, or on the VAGARO APP, or by emailing hellosalon22@gmail.com at least 48 hours in advance. 

There are no exceptions for no shows.

Salon 22 requires a credit card in order to reserve an appointment. Any appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than a 48-hour notice, will be charged 50% of the service booked.
